This Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of services by Wahab App to you ("Client"). By utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by the terms herein.
Wahab App commits to maintaining the strict confidentiality of all Client data, including but not limited to business information, proprietary methods, customer lists, and any other data shared with us during the course of our service provision. We will not share, sell, rent, or distribute your user data or any sensitive information to third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit written consent. Our data handling practices adhere to industry best standards for security and privacy.
Upon successful completion of your service setup and submission of all required content and information, Wahab App commits to publishing your service on our platform within **one (1) to three (3) business days**. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. This timeline is contingent upon the Client providing all necessary materials promptly and in the required format, and approval by Wahab App's quality assurance team.
Wahab App will facilitate the delivery of your products to the customer within **one (1) to three (5) working days** from the time the order is confirmed and ready for dispatch. While we strive to ensure timely and careful delivery, Wahab App acts solely as a logistics and platform provider. The **Client is solely responsible for the quality, safety, freshness, and adherence to health standards of the food products themselves.** This includes, but is not limited to, proper packaging, temperature control before handover to delivery personnel, food preparation, and compliance with all relevant food safety regulations. Wahab App disclaims all liability for any issues arising from the quality or condition of the food products.
Your continued use of Wahab App's services constitutes your full acceptance and agreement to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Wahab App reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified terms and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified terms.
